Terms & Conditions and Policies
General Pricing and Currency
- Rates: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Child Fares: Applicable for children between the ages of 3-11 years.
Vehicle Safety and Comfort
- Equipment: Our vehicles are equipped with emergency kits, fire extinguishers, safety belts, and air conditioning to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
- Capacity: Our vehicles are licensed and insured to carry up to 6 passengers, excluding the driver.
- Safety Requirement: All passengers must wear seat belts throughout the tour.
Personal Insurance
- Insurance Coverage: It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have personal insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.
Photography and Cultural Respect
- Restricted Photography: Taking photos of military sites and certain government installations is strictly prohibited.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Always ask for permission before photographing local residents, especially Arab women, in respect of local customs.
Health and Accessibility
- Medical Considerations: Our tours are not recommended for individuals with heart, neck, or back issues, other medical conditions, infants, or pregnant women.
- Accessibility: Some tours may not be suitable for everyone due to the adventurous nature of the activities.
Prohibitions on Tour
- No Smoking or Drinking: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds
- Adventure Days Tourism Rights: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any portion of the tour due to weather conditions, government regulations, or public holidays without prior notice.
- Cancellation Policy:
- No refunds for tours canceled due to weather conditions.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
- No-Show Policy: No refund will be given if passengers do not show up at the scheduled time without prior communication.
Payment and Booking Conditions
- Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your tour booking.
- Surcharge Days: A surcharge may apply for tours on Thursdays/Fridays due to limited availability.
Weather and Tour Adjustments
Weather Conditions: Tours may be adjusted or canceled due to poor weather, at the discretion of Adventure Days Tourism.
